Unintended errors in 2011 law get corrected
April 02, 2012
CHARLESTON (April 2, 2012) -- Governor Earl Ray Tomblin signed HB.4260, a bill that corrects unintended errors in the state's 2011 autism insurance reform law. The new law, which takes effect June 8, clarifies that a $30,000 annual cap on benefits applies only to Applied Behavior Analysis, not on all benefits.
