CHARLESTON (March 10) -- The West Virginia House of Delegates completed action on HB.4260, a bill correcting flaws in the autism insurance reform law enacted in 2011, and sent it to Governor Earl Ray Tomblin for his signature. The bill corrects several unintended errors, such as a $30,000 annual cap that was imposed on all benefits, rather than just for applied behavior analysis therapy.
